In 2024, that totaled 180 TONS!

The 2025 Farm to Table event will be Saturday April 12th, 2025. The 2024 Farm to Table event was a wonderful evening dining alfresco on the pastures of Lazy Daisy Farm in Stapleton, AL. The menu featured locally sourced farm fresh ingredients prepared by Executive Chef Matt Palmara, Chef Ed Douglas and the Culinary Arts Program at Coastal Alabama Community College. Each course was paired with a fine wine.
